Website Audit & Action Plan
Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview
The Website Audit & Action Plan (“the Service”) provided by Lemon Crush Design includes website evaluation, recommendations, and strategic guidance delivered within one week of receiving completed questionnaire and required access.

2. Payment Terms
– Full payment of $750 (incl GST) is required at time of booking
– Payment must be processed before audit commencement
– All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

3. Audit Credit Policy
– The $750 audit fee may be credited towards a full Strategic Website Design project
– Credit is valid for 3 months from the audit completion date
– Credit applies only to Strategic Website Design packages starting from $12,000
– Credit cannot be applied to:
– Website improvements or optimisation services
– Care plans or maintenance services
– Other consulting services
– Any services provided by third parties
– Credit is non-transferable and non-refundable
– Only one audit credit can be applied per website project

4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
– Provide accurate information in the pre-audit questionnaire
– Grant necessary website and analytics access where available
– Respond to any clarifying questions within 2 business days
– Attend the scheduled strategy consultation
– Make bookings in good faith with genuine interest in the service

5. Service Delivery
Lemon Crush Design will:
– Begin the audit within 2 business days of receiving completed questionnaire and access
– Deliver findings within 5 business days of audit commencement
– Provide a 45-minute strategy consultation
– Deliver all materials electronically
– Maintain confidentiality of all client information

6. Deliverables
The service includes:
– Written audit report
– Video walkthrough
– 45-minute strategy consultation
– Action plan and recommendations
– 7 days of email support following consultation

7. Limitations
The Website Audit & Action Plan:
– Does not include implementation of recommendations
– Does not guarantee specific results or outcomes
– Does not include technical fixes or changes to your website
– Is limited to one primary website domain
– Does not include review of subdomains or microsites

8. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations more than 48 hours before audit commencement: Full refund
– Cancellations within 48 hours of audit commencement: 50% refund
– No refund once audit has commenced
– Rescheduling of strategy consultation requires 24 hours notice

9. Intellectual Property
– All audit materials, including reports and recommendations, remain the intellectual property of Lemon Crush Design
– Client may use materials for their internal business purposes
– Materials may not be resold or distributed

10. Additional Services
– Additional consultation time can be booked at standard hourly rates
– Implementation services quoted separately
– Third-party services (e.g., copywriting, photography) not included

11. Disclaimer
Lemon Crush Design:
– Cannot guarantee specific business results
– Provides recommendations based on professional judgment
– Is not responsible for implementation outcomes
– Does not provide legal or financial advice

12. Privacy & Confidentiality
Lemon Crush Design will:
– Keep all client information confidential
– Not share access credentials
– Use information solely for service delivery
– Comply with Australian privacy laws

13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
– Initial good faith negotiation
– Mediation if necessary
– Victorian courts if required

14. Changes to Terms
– Terms may be updated with 30 days notice
– Changes will not affect already booked services
– Current terms available on website
